DDP: Orders under 1cbm are shipped with VAT and duty paid by JS (Delivered Duty Paid).
DAP: Larger pallet orders (over 1cbm) are shipped under Delivered At Place terms — the buyer is responsible for VAT, duty, and admin charges.
Remote Area Surcharge: Applies to hard-to-reach locations (e.g., islands, highlands).
Third Party Delivery / Drop Shipping: Available only in Mainland UK. A £4 admin/handling fee applies. All risk is with the purchaser.
Refused Deliveries: Unless an error on our part, a 15% handling fee (min £10) applies.
Residential Address Surcharge: £4.00. Ensure delivery location is open Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm. Failed deliveries will incur redelivery charges.
