General

Our products are manufactured in the UK, USA, Mexico, China & Korea. Many of our brands have their own factories which assures quality control.

Unless you have a discount code many of our offers must be applied in-house, please contact us for any queries around special offers.

Account

This can be changed through the account details page along with delivery addresses, payment methods and approved purchasers.

This can also be done through the account details page, this can be found from the homepage of your trade account or click the account icon in the top right corner.

You can find out your account manager and contact details through your account details page.

Orders

If you have not confirmed your order you can add items to your basket, once an order has been confirmed you can either place another separate order or contact your account manager to amend in-house.

To cancel any confirmed orders you must contact us directly, for any orders uncompleted you can remove items from your basket.

Once an order has been successfully placed you will receive an email notification with your billing information, payment method, shipping details and method along with confirmed order number for reference.

You can register to receive notifications when an item is back in stock, alternatively contact the sales team to reserve stock for when it arrives.

Payments

If you have a credit account with us orders can be charged directly against your account, you can also pay via BACS, Credit or Debit card or Bank Transfer.

This can be done easily through your account details page; you can add multiple payment options and also add/remove approved purchasers.

For most orders carriage is applied before you confirm, for larger orders and international orders this is usually applied after placing the order and will be specified before confirmation if this is the case.

If you have an account with us and wish to apply for credit terms please contact the sales team who will send you the relevant forms to apply for this.

Delivery

If for any reason you have not received or are unsure on the status of your order you can check on this through your order history alternatively please call us on 01923 209 440.

We select our courier services based on location and number of parcels per shipment, please contact your accounts manager if you wish to discuss specific courier services.

We ask that you email your account manager with the details of return, product issue, images and proof of purchase. Once this has been completed we can arrange a replacement, credit or spare part to be sent out to you.

We do not offer this as a delivery option, we can always advise delivery estimates and provide tracking details for orders.

We deliver worldwide and use a number of courier services to provide the best option and lead times for your orders.
